Many federal government documents may be borrowed by students, staff and faculty of Columbus State University with their campus ID. Members of the community may also check out government documents by taking the document to the Circulation Desk near the front entrance with a picture ID. See the Libraries Circulation Policy.

Among the Federal documents not available for check out are Census material, microfiche, quadrangle maps, and materials labeled reference or non-circulating.

The Georgia State documents may be used in the library only. Photocopiers are available. Some Georgia State documents may have an electronic version. Check the Libraries' catalog or the Georgia tab through GALILEO.
